The Signals Assessment

A proper read of your organisation’s psychosocial signals. From the people who see them first.
On one page.

The signals were there. For months.

The numbers looked fine, until they didn’t. The first real signal arrived as a grievance, a resignation, an incident, a fine.

Your organisation is already generating the signals: engagement, sick leave, turnover, near-misses, the things people say and the things they stop saying. What is missing is a frame that makes them legible, and a read from the people who notice first.

That is what the Signals Assessment is for.

What it is

A focused, qualitative read of your organisation’s psychosocial risk, the strain and the strengths, structured around ISO 45003 and delivered back to you in plain English.

We hear from the two groups who see the signals first: your health and safety team, and your health and safety representatives. Same questions, both perspectives. Where they agree, you have clarity. Where they don’t, that gap is a signal of its own.

And because these two groups sit across different parts of the business, you get a fuller read, more angles on the same workplace, not a narrower one.

We read it through the nQuadrant model, how differently-wired people experience the same workplace, and the four brain states: Green, Early Orange, High Orange, Red. So you don’t just see that there is strain. You see where it lives, and who feels it first.

Aligned with ISO 45003, and with what WorkSafe NZ and SafeWork NSW / Australia now expect of you.

What you get:
your signals on one page

One clear page you can take straight to your leadership team. It shows:

→  Your signal board.

Every psychosocial factor, with its signal strength: faint, clear, or loud.

→  The gap.

Where your H&S team and your reps see it differently, named out loud.

→ The dominant brain state.

Where your people sit when the pressure is on.

→ Your strengths.

What is working, and worth protecting. We don’t do deficit-only.

→ The loudest signals.

The two or three named in plain language, so the conversation starts itself.

→ Your quick wins.

The small, low-cost fixes with the biggest return. Something to act on this week.

How it works

→  Buy it.

$500 + GST, straight through checkout. You are booked in.

→  A short intake.

A quick conversation about what is prompting it and who is in scope. We set expectations: systems-focused, never a witch-hunt.

Natasya delivers your one-page signals map, live. This is where the “oh, that’s us” lands.

Who it is for

Health and safety, HR and people leaders who are accountable for psychosocial risk, and can feel something underneath the numbers they can’t yet name.

Organisations that want to see the window before the harm, not after.

Where it leads

The assessment shows you the shape of what is there. It is the front door, not the whole house.

What you do about it, redesigning the work, building the capability in your leaders, the risk register, return-to-work by brain wiring, lives in our leadership programme and the full system. The assessment is how you see whether that work is worth it for you. Most of the time, the page answers that for you.

What this isn’t

It isn’t a wellbeing survey. It isn’t a tick-box for the file. It isn’t a witch-hunt for bad managers.

We don’t do the deficit model, the medical model, or one-size-fits-all. Psychosocial risk is a work-design issue, not a people problem. This is a read of your system, so you can do something real.

The Signal Assessment

One page.

One conversation.

$500 + GST.

That is the read, the one-page signals map, and the live readout with Natasya.

Language first.
Psychological safety follows. That's the pattern.

This is where the pattern starts.

Questions - here might be the answers

How long does it take?

About [X] weeks start to finish, most of it your team answering in their own time.

Who needs to answer?

Your health and safety team and your health and safety reps. We guide who is in scope at intake.

What if we want the numbers?

Costing the signals (turnover, sick leave, EAP, grievances) is coming to the free calculator, and we go deeper on it in the programme.

Do we have to commit to anything else?

No. The assessment stands on its own. Where it points next is your call.
