For each driver or strength, one loop

Learn it, practise it, share it.

1 · 💡 Why, what, how, whenShort modules
2 · 🧰 Tools and examplesReady to use

8 · 👥 ShareWith your leader and peers

Every module shows what good enough looks like, with a go deeper layer for anyone who wants more. Depth is a choice.

The organisation sees that the time is used. The person keeps what they wrote.

How it sits with what you already own

Your language stays. We add the fuel, and the design.

Every profiling tool answers: who is this person, and where do they fit? nQuadrant answers: what would we change about the work? An organisation can hold both.

The fuel is Motivational Drivers. It is what turns the tools you already own into a design decision.

Who does what

We support you to do it.

1 · Year oneWe do it with you
2 · Year twoYou do it, we support
3 · Year threeYou do it

Year one is about finding what great looks like: the card sort, leaders first, Getting SELF and Getting OTHERS, and reading the data. Accelerate comes in years two and three.

  • Sign up by 30 November 2026.
  • Planning together from 1 December 2026.
  • Setting up your platform together, from mid-March 2027.
  • Your people on the platform from 1 April 2027.
  • Leaders go first.
  • Executive champion: the mandate and the board conversation.
  • Capability champion: your point of contact, and the first to see where a design change would help.
  • Health and safety champion: sees when a hazard hands back as a design question.
  • Team champions, often the second in charge, recommended.
  • Team leaders: a monthly team session, and the language in meetings, coaching and comms.

How you will see the return: before we start, we agree in writing the measures you already track: engagement, absence, turnover, time to fill, and your psychosocial risk register. The re-baseline at eighteen months shows what moved.

Four everyday examples · illustrative

What each leader sees.

📊 A finance lead, Top Left - DataWants the evidence first. Sees the re-baseline beside the measures agreed at the start, and decides on the trend line.
💡 A chief executive, Top Right - SolutionsWants the big picture, fast. Sees their place on the nQ Map, and the cognitive diversity the board asks for.
🗂️ An operations manager, Bottom Left - StructureWants to know how it runs. Sees roles made clear, and meetings where everyone knows what happens when.
🤝 A Head of People, Bottom Right - ConnectorWants people understood. Sees people confident to share what fuels them, and teams that get each other.

Illustrative, drawn from our work. Real case studies follow from the organisations in Accelerate What's Great.
