Why this exists
Who's the person in your family who thinks completely differently?
What are they brilliant at? For me, that's my two boys.

I spent sixteen years learning to read my two sons.
At four and a half, my eldest was diagnosed ADHD and autistic. Four years ago, my youngest was diagnosed ADD (ADHD without the hyperactivity). Eight years ago, I was diagnosed ADHD, with dyslexic traits.
Most of the people around them wanted to help. The system around them wasn't designed to see what each of them is brilliant at.
What changed things was when I learned a better way of reading what each of them is brilliant at, and what fuels them both.
Once a difference has a name, it can be described. Once it can be described, the work around it can be designed.
That's why this work changes the design, not the person.
Then the same work, with adults
Capable people. Well-meaning leaders.
Naming what each person actually brings puts it on the page, and then into the numbers.
🏫 What I know from the school yearsShow a system how differently people are Brain Wired and it stops managing behaviour and starts designing for the person underneath it.🏢 What I know from the work sinceShow people properly how they're Brain Wired, and the language goes home with them. One person's shift spreads to the people around them.
What this business is for
So the work can change instead of the person.
To show people how differently each person's brain is wired, and let each person choose what they share.

Get yourself. Get others. It spreads.
That is the whole thing, and it is why I am still doing it.
Every generation until now has had to fit the work. We are the generation that gets to design it.
