Your information, looked after.
What we collect, why, where it's kept, and how to ask about it.
Who we are
DivergenThinking Limited (NZBN 9429048396318), PO Box 42108, Auckland, New Zealand. Questions about your information: information@divergenthinking.co.nz
What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, email, organisation, role, the size of your organisation, and your message.
Your booking details, when you book a time with Natasya.
Your payment, when you buy the nQ Brain Wiring Profile. Card details go straight to the payment provider. We never see or keep them.
The free card sort shows your result on screen. We don't store it.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send what you asked for (such as the free leader tool), to run the sessions you book, and to deliver what you buy. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything you haven't asked for.
Where it's kept
We use trusted services to run DivergenThinking:

Google (Gmail and Drive), for some email and files
Notion, our notes and records, held in the United States
Zapier, which sends the free leader tool to you
Calendly, for bookings
LearnWorlds and Stripe, for courses and payments
Xero, for invoices
Flodesk, for our email newsletters
Google reCAPTCHA, which checks our forms are filled in by real people
Some of these services store information outside New Zealand, including in Australia and the United States.
Your Brain Wiring
If you work with us through your organisation, you choose what you share. If you choose to, your Brain Wiring can be shared with your team. Your Emotional Brain States (how your Brain Wiring is running right now: Green, Early Orange, High Orange or Red) are never shared.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, or as the law requires.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this site. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam, which may set its own cookies. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
